I went to Cape Gate House and Home and saw a patio set on sale, when I went back to purchase it, it was no longer on sale. Elaine took my details and said she would contact me if / when it went on special again. most sales people say they will do this and never do... she not only phoned me when it was on sale again, she phoned me in the interim to let me know she is still on it and will let me know. you just don't get service like this anymore. Years back I swore never to buy from another house and home after a bad experience at Tygervalley but Elaine, Thank you, I will be contacting you in future.
