Terrible services

Very unprofessional,************** and very poor services from both the staff amd management,they expect you to do a follow up,failing to come back to you while they are the one who did u wrong,and the management attitude is worse still waiting for my TV set which I bought on black friday,I'm the one who have to call them n do follow up,the store just open and that how their treat their customers,not fair
