Terrible service LERATO BOTHA

I was at the festival mall branch, as I was waiting to make a payment at the counter this lady asked me to step aside as my sales rep was rectifying something for the sale, Lerato Botha started arguing with me when I told them that I was waiting to pay and she made a rude remark about how they control were the customers stand thinking that I did not hear her. When I asked her what she was saying she started arguing with me because she works there and I don't. Apparently the manager Busi was at the counter but she didn't say anything or ask Lerato Botha to keep quiet. This argument persisted for a good 8 to 10 minutes and no one saw the need to ask this Lerato to keep quiet. I am shocked by this type of service. If I didn't need the fridge I would have left. Who argues with a customer in front of other customers and their line manager?
