Terrible service from house&home/shoprite online and defective product from Defy.

I bought a machine Defy 7kg Grey Front Loader Washing Machine Daw384 on the 3rd February 2022. The machine was so noisy straight out of the box. In March I reported it and the technicians came and checked it, and said it will get quieter with more use and time. June I was frustrated because the machine was so loud we can't be in the kitchen at the same time, especially during the spin cycle, terrible noisy like there is a tractor in my kitchen, I reported again and the tech guys came and agreed it was too loud. The machine was picked up on 18th June and the next day I get an SMS from defy that They are ordering a part that they don't have in stock. The first question that came to mind is Why does a brand new machine need a new part? unless I was sold a defect. Fast forward its back and forth in emails that I became fed up and asked for my refund and but still no refund. over a month of waiting with empty promises ad delays. I just want my money back.
