Terrible service at N1 City Branch

Extremely bad customer service at the N1 City store. An incorrect sticker was placed on an item which scanned the incorrect price. Bought and paid for, security and manager wouldn’t let us out of the store. No fault of ours but the manager ignored us for 20 minutes He had to finish his work first. The so called manager Ryan Cullow was in inconsiderate and downright rude by ignoring us his clients that was standing right in front of him. All we wanted to do was resolve the problem amicably.
