Terrible service and no exchanges

I bought a defect TV from house and home. Sent it back to Skyworth and they have the TV and issued House and home with a credit note.

After over 50 calls that keep getting cut and visits to pick up TV they do not want to give me my replacement TV.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Service is by far the worst ever
