Terrible service and management

I was advised by a House and Home (Fourways Mall branch) sales person that they would order my patio set and I can come and purchase it on the weekend, when i arrive at the store it was not there. The manager then assured me that it will be there 2 days later, it has been 2 weeks and nothing has arrived yet. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone to assist over the phone and the staff including the manager has a don't care attitude.
