Terrible service

The worst experience, no customer care whatsoever. Will not recommend or go back.

We bought a washing machine in November, it was out of stock and an order was made. We were called to say the machine has arrived, only to be later told we have to drive to the warehouse and then told we have to wait 4 hours before they can give us the machine. That time we paid. The service at the warehouse is so terrible, talking to us like we are not customers.
