Terrible service

I am so annoyed with you guys, I sent my couches in for mechanism repairs early August 2023, I was aware of the 2 torn patches on the ends of the couches, when my couches were sent back from repairs, both of them came back torn with long on the back on the couches, I will not rest until this fixed a I am still paying for these damn couches.
