Terrible service

Buying my daughter her first bed was an exciting experience since she wanted her own bed. Being a sunday the only store that sells beds was house and home. The bed she chose was on top of other beds and I asked if they could put it down for her to lie on it and feel the comfort. No staff to do that was the reply. Finally we paid and brought it home. The bed is made of cheap materials and the springs can be felt while I lay with her on her first night on her new bed. Daunting experience for a three year old. Is this the service and quality one must put up with a furniture store.
