TERRIBLE SERVICE

The BLOEMFONTEIN STORE is just bad. I was approved to purchase on the 12 June 2025. We chose what we wanted worth 20 000. the contract was signed on the 17 June 2025 but to this day no delivery have been made. We have signed up for a 17 kg washing machine which the sales person (Tshiamo) said it is no longer available, they want us to take what we don't want. We have bought a couple of other items, none of them have been delivered. If we don't contact them, they just keep quiet. We don't even know when are we going to get these items. I just hope nothing is going to be deducted from my account.
