Bought an expensive microwave and kettle from the online store.

I’ve contacted the number listed numerous times with no success. Useless service. Sometimes keeping me hanging for 20 min at a time in between transfers. Each individual asking for all the details, only to transfer me again to “the right person”. This is the worst online shopping experience I’ve had

It is unacceptable to pay for a product then get no communication back for almost three weeks.
