Terrible online shopping experience

The service in the store was so bad that I decided to buy the washing online. I picked the option to collect at the store so I could get the washing machine sooner. That was last Friday, my order still hasn't been processed and I can't pick it up. When I call online customer care no one picks up. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
