Terrible delivery experience!

Horrible and very stressful experience with the delivery of my coffee table and TV stand. I purchased my coffee table and TV stand a week before the end of August and specifically requested delivery for the 1st of September because I was moving into a new home.

I got a call on the 1st of the September saying they will come and deliver. I waited the entire day and received no delivery or call to say they are not delivering today. I called the guy I purchased the items from and he said he would follow up.

He advised that it will be delivered on the 2nd of September. Knowing that they did not deliver to a customer who requested and was promised delivery on the 1st September they still took the entire day to deliver. Its past 2pm on the 2nd of September and I am still waiting for delivery.

My items are coming from house and home in Fourways which is only 10 minutes away from my house. I would have expected to be a priority since I was treated so terribly the previous day.

I did not expect a big and reputable brand like house and home to be so unprofessional and to horrible towards me. They have no respect for other people's time and a lady called me 3 days before my delivery to confirm the date and everything but I am still waiting for my furniture.
