Terrible and frustrating customer service!!

Ordered online on the 3 December 2024, been following up since then with no luck on my delivery. The worst part is that I have spoken to a number of people and the managers who promised that I will be contacted by the branch who will deliver to me. They also don't event pick up their phones when we call! Never ever again will I buy anything from this shop!! They should be embarrassed!!
