Swearing on the shop floor and couldnt care attitude

<p>Last Friday my wife and I went couch shopping in House & Home Parklands Table View, The lady that assisted us didnt seem to want to help us. She was brushing us off and just couldnt care. we then requested more info on a couch, she was so busy swearin and performing to one of her co-workers about someone who sold the stock that she had kept for another client. It made us feel like we werent good enough clients and very disrespected. One my way out I informed the manager on duty, who also didnt to much about the situation. The service in this store is always pathetic. Its not the first time I get such poor service. If they dont want to be at work then rather get rid of them and get new staff who actually want to sell to paying customers.</p>
