Supervisor on Leave - No one else wants to help!

Acc No: 647728/01<br> <br> My initial insurance claim was approved after being retrenched from work. House and Home now has moved onto a new system which declines the claims instantaneously ? I have submitted these new documents the 15th of December 2015. The problem is the supervisor in the Insurance Claims Department is on leave and no one else is offering to assist. How can this be possible ???? I have received excellent service from a extremely friendly lady Jocelyn at the Parow Centre branch. She even contacted this claims department while I was there and was pushed from pillar to post. I need someone from the House and Home Insurance Claims Department to contact me and get this resolved ASAP as his matter will be referred to the Ombudsman by next week.
