Sub standard furniture and sub standard to no service

I purchased a four seater Gomma Gomma lounge suite towards the end of last year. At the end of July I requested that the lounge suite be collected as two of the chairs had collapsed. I was at first given the run around until my wife persisted and phone multiple times a day until we received after market service. I spent R37 000 on this lounge suite. After us doing all the work they eventually collected the two seater for repairs. The kept the suite for five weeks and only after us consistently phoning did we receive the suite back. It only lasted two weeks and is now worse than before going in for repairs. The service after they the deal is completed is basically non existent. My wife after total frustration managed to speak to a regional manager that was all but arrogant. She actually said to my wife that it is what it is. Would not recommend that you buy any furniture from House and Home as the quality is certainly sub standard in my eyes.
