Still waiting for our TV Display Cabinet

Good day<br> <br> We bought a TV Cabinet on 01 November 2015 and we were told they will order it and have it delivered by Thursday 05 November, nothing was delivered, went on Sunday 08/11 and was told it was on its way and would be delivered by Monday 09/11. Nothing delivered. I went again on Sunday 15/11 and spoke to the Manager who said she was aware of the unit and they have a small truck but will try and get it in. And till to date I have not heard anything. Why sell items you don't have in stock? There is a unit available in Shop, then why not give it to us? Why display something that you don't have? That's misrepresentation. Also why take full payment for something that you not sure you can deliver on time. Why not take a deposit. This is pathetic service and I thought here is a better shop. If I don't get the cabinet by Friday 20/11, please refund my money and will go buy somewhere where they have stock and I know they will deliver.<br> <br> Thank you
