Still no Base

I purchased a queen sized based on the 09 March 2022 and I still have NOT received. I called a few time enquiring about my order but I was never given a clear response as to when I am getting the base. I eventually gave up, and about 2 weeks (May 2022) back I called to cancel my order, I was told I’d be sent an email of cancellation and get my refund bad. However, that has not been done as well.
