Still Awaiting problem not solved

I don't think that i will refer my families and friends if this is the bad service I am receiving from House and home I have been their customer for years and now that I have to return goods because of bad quality which within 3months we had to find faulty on the products and eventually I was told that we have abuse the products? Not another word from them please what do I do know?
