Steeling From Clints and Thretening Them

We purchased a DEFY fridge from House and Home in 2013/11/01. During that time we managed to sort of settle the account. After making the last payment we did not received a statement and assumed the account was now paid up. My Husband received an sms on the 18/02/2015 that his account is handed over for collections. We then phoned the number provided ***) to find out what this is about. When the lady Daleen from There Legal department informs me that the account was never settled there was a balance of R350 +/- rands still outstanding. Which by now accumulates to an amount of R2505.00 Insurance and Interest. And that the account was now handed over my husband placed on ITC and that hey will be coming to collect the DEFY from us!!!! My Husband then **** an arrangement to pay this account that only went into arrears in December 2015!!!!. After I paid the outstanding amount on this account, Onica from the financing department lets me know that I did not pay the outstanding amount there is still outstanding amount. I then paid the R49.23, I then received another mail that states I need to pay once more an amount of R63.30
