*****ing your money Absolutely Rude Manager Robbie

on the 19 Feb I bought a turn table at House and Home in Edenvale. I returned the Item because it was not working. The manager said he will send the Item in for repairs as I cannot show my slip. I did show him my proof of payment but he didn't even want to look at it. 3 Weeks later I haven't received any feedback back and when I called to find out what is happening the RUDE manager that didn't even give me opportunity to speak over the phone said I must collect my Item he will not assist me without a slip. Please can I have a call back from Head office as the behaviour from a manager is totally Unacceptable. How can I pay for something that did not work from the start and then I get attitude from the manager because of this ? This is totally unfair and I need to at least speak to someone from House and Home Head office to resolve this matter for me.

Warning to all out there rather just not buy anything from any House of Home store as they are very quick to take your money but will not assist if there is a problem
