STAY AWAY FROM HOUSE& HOME

If I could rate zero stars I would!!! I am appalled at the customer service I received from the Edenvale/Germiston Branch, I purchased a washing machine via lay-by on the 30th of June and finished paying off the lay-by on the 25th of September and as per your policy the stock should be reserved but when I went to pay off the lay-by I was told there was no stock by a rude sales consultant, who then said the stock should be available on the 15th October but still no delivery of my machine until we had to fight for our machine only to have a BROKEN machine delivered on the 16th October. Now I’m sitting with a broken machine and no refund!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HOUSE AND HOME!!!!!!!!
