Stay away from house & home

I bought 4 high back chairs from this company. Doing the sale and getting the stock they went out of their way, until it came to delivery and from there all went sour! I collected the chairs myself that was bubble wrapped and took them home. Arriving at home and unwrapped them we noticed that the legs are not all the same length, and chair wabbles, also the stitching was not up to standard and the rounding on top of the high back was all different from each other. We reported this to the Sunningdale store immediately. They requested time to investigate. The chairs were collected for repairs. after 3 weeks I was contacted on Friday 8 September to advise me their vehicle is in for repairs and they cannot deliver, but it will be delivered on Monday, this did not happen and was only delivered on Thursday. During the call I advised again the problems with the chairs, and we were told all were fixed except the legs, but he will get it repaired. The chairs came back, same problem with legs, which are now so scratched beyond believe. The stitching still not right and not even to mention the back rounding's which are now much worse than what they were before! I called the store manager immediately and advised him of my disgusted feeling! He said he will get back to me in the morning! he did not, I followed up at 9h30, where he again now needs more time to decide what to do!!!! This is unacceptable and I request a refund and for them to remove the chairs from my property!
