STAY AEAY FROM HOUSE AND HOME SPECIALS!

If you see a special on furniture at house and home (particularly N1 City Cape Town branch) ,run with your money!!!! Paid cash for a queen size bed at this branch on 6 August 2021 and asked the shop to deliver on 13 August 2021. As I awaited delivery,nothing came till 430pm. I then called the store,and I was told conflicting information-the lady who answered telling me they deliver till 7pm. I was then transferred to a rude lady who then tell me that they don't have stock!!!The beds are in production and I should expect mine maybe end of month!!!Yes;paid R5 000 cash,for a non existent bed.The bed only existed on a catalogue and on display in store!!No apology,the rude lady even said "I dont know what happened with you and your sales lady."The nerve!Don't be like me,stay away from House and Home!
