Sold the incorrect bed

Concerning my bed please see the following, from Edenvale branch

1. 29 August bought the bed from the salesman that insisted bed was Firm mattress 2. 11 September After myself and wife could no longer sleep on bed started investigating this firm mattress 3. 15 September received call from Robbie store manager to come see him. 4. 19 September went to the store and then was told the Monday our bed would be collected and new price on other bed. 5. After trying numerous times on the 23rd September could reach Robbie still no price on new bed 6. 24 September Bed was collected still no price on bed 7. 30 September received a call on new price on bed after I was told in store with my wife bed would not be more than R2500 extra new bed price is R4200.

I have send emails to the complains system and still no reply

I would like to be refunded my transaction and will never return to any House&Home
