Sold on lies

Bought a couch at your forest hill mall branch and I'm annoyed with the delivery service /feedback.

Yesterday I went and paid it off and the gentleman said it will be delivered today. Since I mentioned I won't be home during the morning he said I'll get it later today but he will call to confirm. First rule of customer service, if you say you'll call a client make sure you call them back. I called the store only to find out the couch is not even there. I have to wait 3 days as per the lady that answered my call who I asked aswell to ask the sales guy that sold the couch to me to call me back and till now nobody called and this was requested around 11am-12noon.

Since nobody has the decency to get back to me about what's happening and why was I **** to may I please ask for my 8700 back.

I don't want your couch any more. I'll find another store that knows how to prioritize their customers and deliver the service they promise.

I'll no longer wait for your couch. I'll wait for my money back
