SOLD A BED TO ME THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE STOCK OF
I purchased a bed from the House & Home at Sandown crossing on 20 February 2016 & I stated that I needed the bed delivered to me on 1 March 2016 as that was the day I would be moving. All was fine, I paid for the bed & the delivery & on 29 February I went into the store to confirm the delivery date as I misplaced my invoice & the sales agent then finds out that they do not have stock of my bed & does not know WHEN they will have stock. ONE DAY before I move in. I spoke to the manager as well who had no resolution to the problem & said all I can do is wait & they would call me the following day upon speaking to the supplier to see when the bed would be here. They called me on 1 March to say that I would get the bed BY 6 March latest & I told them I needed it by 10 am as I would not be home after that. They agreed. I called them now to find out if they're coming anytime soon to which they tell me the driver is running late and they're not sure what time I'm getting my bed today. They did not give me a call to inform me that my bed was out of stock, or that the delivery would be late today. How is it possible to sell me a bed that you do not have stock of? This is ridiculous.
