Sleepers couch

I bought a sleepiers coach on the 27th November 2025 and they sent me a second hand one. I cancel the deal and now I battle to get my money. I spoke to the manager today and he told me they didn't have enough cash now to refund me. I paid R9349 Please can you help Thanks Christa Bezuidenhout
