shocking service from Cecilia the manager in Randburg

HelloPeter, I was not happy at all with a service received from Cecilia the manager at checkers bram fischer, george street. she was so rude, not to say what she said is wrong but she need to find ways of saying things more specially as a manager. she is so full of herself , i mean i shop there everyday as this is my closest shop, apparently they have made few changes of which i do not have problem with that but at least i deserve an adult conversation as the customer not that kind of attitude she gave me. it was so shocking and embarrassing at the same time.
