Shocking Customers Service

<p>I must complaint about the attitude of the management of the branch at Tygervalley, Cape Town that, after having sold to us a valure of R26,549.00 furniture fully paid cash, they charged twice the cost of the transport because they divided the full order in two ones and granted the delivery today. After a long day waiting and called mny times to that branch with no result, the goods have not been delivered. One lady with whom I succeeded in talking to told that they did not find the driver of the truck ... That furniture were necessary to host the family and included the bed and the basics to leave in an apartment. The final story is that no one at House & Home cared about and the family had been compelled to spend the night hosted because otherwise, they would have been compelled to spend further money for an hotel. Incredible and unacceptable ...!!!</p>
