Shocked - paid for tv- money and tv sitting in house and home Alberton branch four months ago

I am absolutely dissapointed with the after sales of this estabolishment! We had bought a tv which had a crack- upon their investigation with no report sent to us apparently it was out fault - quote given verbally of r9000 to fix which cost more than the actual tv four months ago- no follow up just sitting with our money and tv at their alberton branch- a message sent to them on Facebook no reply- my husbsnd calls no response- we email no response - we had to buy another tv to use for the kids? Please intervene hello Peter
