**** service with **** products

About 5months ago I bought a queen size bed with a sound system at house and home blue route mall "CASH" 2days afterwards the base broke while making up the bed.. Phoning the salesman he said they'll sort it out sending out the supplier after I made numerous calls... They came to assess the base and said they'll fix it which I said I dnt want I want a new base because a thing that broke after 2days was not 100% in the first place... The manager making empty promises everytime I phone I was promised numerous times by him I'm getting a new base never happened, even in December he promised ill get it still never materialized... Never will I ever purchase anything from HOUSE & HOME ever again
