Service Ambassador Excellence

I would like to take the time to compliment one of your staff members, Karabo, on her excellent service at your Roodepoort store today.

She met us at the door shortly after we walked in, enquired what she could assist us with, when we told her which couches we were looking for she took us straight to them. We mentioned to her that we would like to take a walk around the store and see if there was anything that would suit us better, she followed at a discreet distance so we didn’t feel crowded, but close enough to hear if we needed any assistance. At one point when the music was unbearably loud and we were going to leave the store without making a purchase, she overheard our comments, advised us she would have the music turned down and be right back.

When she could see we had almost settled on a purchase she checked stock levels and as this was the only one left discussed a discount with the manager and closed the deal. We left to fetch our credit card and on our return she was waiting to complete the sale. We are currently awaiting delivery from your team who have already contacted us. Her professionalism, service and personality were a refreshing change from the normal total lack of interest customers are generally met with when entering any store these days. It was the easiest purchase we have made in a long time, with a couple of hours passing from entering your store to taking delivery.

If we need to make any big purchases in the future, I can assure you that we will return to this store to be assisted by Karabo again. You have a true service ambassador there!
