Five days later I made an effort to go to the shop for follow-up, Menlyn shopping Pretoria, met a friendly security personnel who directs me to a "No Smile customer services". 3. She tries to call the stores department but they don't answer. 4. Referred to a rude sales consultant who gives me a " we called you, you didn't answer attitude". 5. Thirty minutes later of waiting I leave the shop with my parcel. ********** service.
