Selling stock that they don't have!

Terrible service from house and home pavilion. Made a purchase 2 weeks ago, and still did not receive the delivery. Contacted the store twice and they said that they never had stock but had the item displayed and was taking sales on that item. Now I have to wait for the manufacturer to make the bed!
