Rustenburg house and home i want my money back

I bought a bed for R10000 in September and in November I called rustenburg branch to complain only to be isulted by some guy from restonic asking about our body weight and never resolving the issue at hand. I called them again in March asking them to collect the bed and give me back my money..even today m still waiting.
