Rude Behavior

I had purchased furniture worth R35000 in the East Rand mall House and Home branch which I collected on the 21 of March 2022. On the day of the collection, the store trolley was put into my vehicle and today I received a call from this rude lady (manager) Mrs Botha that just started shouting at me. I informed her that I'll only be available on Saturday to return it and I was meaning to contact the shop regarding it but she rudely insisted me to come immediately, (which bear in mind I'm at work and the only free time I have is on a Saturday) I'm extremely disappointed at the store for not being professional.
