****** by house & home sales agent

I did not enjoy my experience at House & Home, the service was poor. I bought furniture for R9999. A sales agent by the name of Thami Goci offered me a private transport because she said that the transport offered at the store is very expensive. She said I should pay R300 which I did, when I came back to pay off the outstanding amount for the furniture she said I should pay another R300 because the driver that she usually uses was working somewhere else . She said the extra R300 will be delivered by the new driver along with the furniture I had bought, the furniture was delivered after 3 days but I didn't get the R300. I then called Thami Goci to ask about this, she said she would transfer it the next day. A week passed no money was transferred, I then went to the store again to see her she made promises to pay me back. To this day she has not paid me back. As a customer at House & Home I would like this issue to be taken seriously because I was taken advantage of.
