Ripp offs with Made in China Goods

I have spent R999.99 for a lounge set purchased in December, 2 months later the lounge set is creaking, the seats have sunken in. Please can you refund my money or exchange it for another set as these goods are absolutely cheaply produced and considering it was marked at R18999.00. I am very unhappy about spending cash on items that last for not even a year. I have all invoices available.
