Revolting Customer service

By far the worst service I've experienced. You do not deserve one star. This is not the type of service that you give a customer especially when they have spent over 17k on a couch. It's been 4 weeks now that I am waiting on my couch to be ready. I was told last week that's its ready but sitting in jhb due to there not being enough items to load the truck. In other words if the truck is not full next week the same will apply? And to top it off the lady who sold me the couch has advised that I call jhb myself to get my couch.. That is unacceptable, I am not doing your job for you! You were quick to take my money yet your customer service lacks!
