retrenchment claim

I had a retrenchment policy in place put in my claim and was told my account is in arrears...I didn't hear from them for more than a year and thought the claim had been processed ...now they come and threaten me with sherrif of the court and attachment of goods..I am forced to pay this amount of 600 rand from my disability grant I'm unable to o work <br> <br>
