RESTONIC MATTRESS - BAD PRODUCT - EVEN WORSE SERVICE

I bought a new RESTONIC mattress and base from HOUSE & HOME in Mayville in Pretoria. After 1 month and 1 week the mattress complete " disintegrated " on the one side. I phoned the sales lady, Letta, at HOUSE & HOME to report this as this mattress has a 1 year warranty. She told me that she will report it to their supplier, RESTONIC, and they will repond/contact me in 48 hours. Today is 48 hours, and nobody has contacted me. BAD product - even WORSE SERVICE !!! HELP PLEASE
