Restonic bed

To whom it may concern,

My husband and i moved into our new home and needed a good quality bed and a freezer the best bet was house and home we purchased a restonic coral 152cm base set and a defy freezer on the 06 of January 2018 we was convinced by the sales person helping us that it was a good bed indeed as we did mention to him that we wanted something thats going to last us a long time we really believed that this bed was for keeps as your bed should be the most comfortable thing ...on the day of purchase we paid for our stuff and headed home as the week went by the consultant calls my husband and says they dont have stock and if we wanted the one from the store , we refused that offer as we wasnt sure how long it had been on display for .our bed eventually came we recieved it on the 30 of January 2018 that day when it came the packaging was open when i asked the driver he said they sent it like that ! not sure if you guys sent the one from the store when i told my husband he said lets not make an issue of it so we let that go , the driver gets me to sign that page, i did , he left after he left the page stated that he supposed to explain the refund policy he didnt mention anything of that sort at all. Everytime i wanted to complain about this i couldnt as something always came up as my husband had been in and out of hospital he has been diagnosed with a brain tumor its been an hectic 3 years that i have this bed i am utterly disgusted with this bed as it really is so so uncomfortable my body pains feels like im sleeping on springs every time we sit on bed it makes noise when er wake up from the bed it makes noise i would really love for someone to assist me as im really really unsatisfied with my purchase everything is intact just that it is so uncomfortable had I known this was going to happen over the years i should of just turned to bradlows to me i feel like the quality of this bed is like the one we initially got from sleep king sorry to say but i feel like the one i got from sleep king turns out to be better as im sleeping on that at this moment thats how uncomfortable the restonic is please can someone assist i have my receipt for purchase and for delivery. Can someone do something I would really appreciate feedback
