Restonic and homechoice are disloyal to clients

Last year I brought a bed at homechoice and July a laid a complain to home choice , a lady from Restonic called she was very nice lady I must say, July homechoice came and took the mattress it's been 2 month now without my mattress and worse I am experiencing backpain , my problem with this whole issue Restonic came last week Saturday but failed to give me the mattress because they are saying a different story , my question is who is lying between homechoice and Restonic, I want them to come and take the base and remove me on the database because both companies they are not loyal to the clients
