Repayment of extended guarantee

I bought Hisense washing machine at House and Home Alberton branch. Machine had problems and Hisense end up crediting me for a new washing machine. My problem is that I have an extended guarantee with them that is not yet active. They don't want to repay my extended guarantee money. Of which is R1299.
