REGRETS

When You buy goods from House and Newcastle and you discover that the goods does not add value to the money you paid, you are told to to wait for their supplier to call you.I did not buy the goods from the supplier but from House and Home and they shift the responsibility to their supplier.The manager at Newcastle House and Home did not even want to convince me of their ptocesses as she treats me as the employee who laid down the processes.She is harsh and I requested their head office number which I phoned and I did not get joy there either until the person who identified himself as the Manager who I eslier on left the message in his phone called me saying he will call Newcastle House and Home manager. Up untill thus hour I have not heard from him hence I m asking Peter to help me resolve this matter.I cant sleep on this bed as it is making squicking noise when I sleep on it.I cant turn on this bed as my peace is disturbed by the noise coming from this bed.If I will ever buy from House and Home,I will be dead drunk not knowing what I will be putting myself into.I regret having went in that shop.
