Refusing refund on canceled order.

I saw a LG tv on there website alittle while ago for r20000 and placed an order online. There was some difficulties making online payment but eventually we ended up getting it done using a friends account who did a manual transfer. Due to some unexpected personal issues we decided not to take the tv and cancel the order. We tried cancelling online multiple times but there doesnt seem to be an option like other stores. Eventually we called and asked them to cancel the order due to death in the family among financial problems we decided we wont be taking it, which they agreed on and to refund us, but no refund was given! When we contacted them again they wanted a death certificate when asked why they explained they was under the impression that the person who purchased the TV online through the house and home online site had passed away. We clarified that wasn't the case. The person is alive and well. However still no refund was given! We eventually contacted them again..this time around they explained that they can't refund the money back into the account it was paid from because the house and home online account holders name is different from the bank account holders name that payment was made from! And if we want the money transferred back into the account they received it from we must get a affidavid from the person who's name is on the house and home account/tv license holder. So we told them this is the first time we have heard of this and we dont have time to go get an affidavid.... So we told them to just refund it to the tv license holders account/ house and home account holders bank account. These guys never respond aweek eventually we contacted them and now they say the legal team is in charge because we made payment from somone elses account that doesnt match the name on the house and home account /tv license holder, who is the same person. So these guys refuse to do a refund because we made payment from a friends account!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! This was a r20000 order and now they holding on to the funds refusing to refund it.
