Refunds

<p>I bought a JVC 55 Smart TV on laybye at House and Home Menlyn. The TV is faulty and returning it to the shop I am told they do not give refunds. As i am arguing with the manager another customer comes in and bringing back the same TV with the same problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>All I am told is I can't get a refund, with so much attitude. I have been told to look for quotations from other shops so that they can counter. I'm sooo furious.</p> <p> I am told of no refunds policy yet their policy provides for refunds... this is definitely not the end of this. </p>
